Shipping
Our goal is to get you your books and DVD's as soon as possible, at the lowest possible cost. Most orders ship within 24 hours, or the following Monday for orders placed over the weekend.

All packages ship US Postal Service Priority Mail directly from Fox Chapel Publishing. You will receive an email when your order is shipped, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Shipping Pricing:
Unlike many online stores, our shippping charges are not a "profit center:"

• $3.50 for orders $30 or less
• $4.50 for orders $30.01 to $75
• $6.50 for orders over $75

International Shipping:

• Canada/Mexico: $32.95 per order (up to 20 lbs.)
• Elsewhere: $41.95 per order (up to 20 lbs.)

*Special note for international orders: In the event our actual shipping charges are substantially less than the flat rate we charge you, we may automatically issue a partial refund upon shipment.


Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will do what it takes to make it right at of course no additional charge to you. Just let us know within 30 days and we will get the process going. Just use the form on the Customer Service page to send us a message.

If you are dissatisfied with your book for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. We will issue store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping and taxes, when we receive the item in new condition. Please contact us for instructions on how and where to return your item.
